Not everything has to be based on the meals that you eat; a diet will be effective one hundred percent only if you complement it with physical activity. A healthy life is the combination of two elements: a complete diet rich in nutriments and a daily exercise routine. Although it may look as contrary to what is logical, don't use exercise either to discipline yourself for eating or to "receive" the right to eat more. |
If you do that you will only create a negative thought pattern, in this way you will not enjoy exercise being unable this way to get any advantage from it.
Instead of taking a negative position regarding exercise, you should concentrate on how great it makes you feel, how much better you are sleeping at night and how much more energy you get when you exercise.
Having physical activity in a daily basis is a positive habit even if you are looking for to lose some weight or not.
