The next day diet

There are stages in life that we spent eating a lot, more than we should, some may say that this is a necessary pleasure in life. But still excess in meals bring their own consequences, so if you want to avoid them or at least diminish the harmful effects of a bat diet, here are some advices.
We are talking about a diet that will not only feed in an appropriate way our body, but it will also detoxify our body.
This diet known as the “The next day diet” consists in dedicating a whole day to the consumption of fruits, since these contain the necessary amount of water to clean up our body.

Here is a proposed diet, but some of the elements can be replaced with other fruit considered as tastier by the person.

Breakfast

Fruit Juice, it may include: grapefruit, orange, apple, as long as it is natural fruit juice you can drink it in the dose that you prefer.

Half Morning

Orange Shake: A juice made of two oranges, with a vexed peach, and some peeled grapes without seeds. You put all of these elements in a blender with some vexed ice. If it looks a little bit dense you can always add some orange juice.

Lunch

A salad of tomatoes and cucumbers; or as an alternative, you should eat any fruit salad.

Half Afternoon and Dinner

You should drink orange Juice and eat some grapefruit.
